An influencer's husband has challenged a scathing customer review of his restaurant, while acknowledging some 'shortcomings'.
Influencer-turned-entrepreneur Nikki Westcott tied the knot with Oli Frost in a romantic Byron Bay ceremony last October, which came after the music festival he ran went into administration owing $2.5million to artists and fans.
Now, a disgruntled customer of Mr Frost's Mediterranean-style Maman Bar & Kitchen in Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast has lashed out at her treatment at the venue.
'Appalling restaurant. One star seems far too generous for the experience we had on a Saturday night,' she wrote.
The woman said that despite booking three weeks in advance, 'we were forced to accept the set menu only 2 hours prior to dining and were very disappointed.
'The food served was disappointing, especially the main dish which was so basic it was insulting.'
The woman was also unhappy with the service.
'Staff are not open to feedback. Would recommend steering well clear of this venue!' she wrote.'There are many more professional options in the Burleigh area for great food and exceptional service!!'

The customer wrote that it was 'Appalling restaurant. One star seems far too generous for the experience we had on a Saturday night'
Mr Frost responded underneath the unhappy customer's blistering review, saying the restaurant was 'deeply apologetic that your experience was not at the standard we strive to provide to all of our guests'.
'We did take on your feedback, and acknowledged our flaws outlined on this night to be passed on to staff.'
However the restaurateur defended his outlet and employees, saying they tried to compensate for the limited menu, but their efforts were rebuffed.
'We did offer multiple times to provide your group with more dishes after your main, saying that dessert was not included but we would be happy to provide this if requested,' his response read.
He also claimed that the group of women said they 'were satisfied with the food and did not want more'.
'Had we had known that yourself and your group felt this way about the meals and your experience we would have happily done everything within our power to rectify this,' he wrote.
Mr Frost added that he wanted the customers 'to leave the night feeling that you received an adequate standard of service and hospitality worth your time and money; upon leaving, your group was incredibly thankful and appreciative in your words'.
He also gave a number she could call 'to discuss this issue further' and said 'we hope we can have you back to make Maman an experience worthwhile!'
Daily Mail Australia has contacted Mr Frost for comment.
Australian music festival The Grass is Greener, run by influencer Nikki Westcott's restauranteur then fiancé, now husband Oli Frost, was axed after his company fell into administration. Frost (right) and Westcott (left) are pictured
The Grass Is Greener music festival run by Mr Frost was axed after falling into administration in late 2022,owing $2.5million to artists and fans.
Launched in 2016 by Mr Frost and event organiser Johnny Eddings, the festival was an annual indie music festival held in cities in eastern Australia.
But the company responsible for the festival, Handpicked Events and Marketing, founded by Mr Frost, went into administration on December 8, 2022.
That year's festival promised a stellar lineup of artists playing in Cairns, Gold Coast, Canberra and Geelong.
However, a swathe of international artists pulled out shortly after the lineup was advertised, including Ty Dolla $ign, ZHU and Maya Jane Coles.
Sydney hip-hop group ONEFOUR also backed out before ever playing a show, claiming in an Instagram post that organisers 'failed to honour their obligations'.
The Cairns and Gold Coast festivals went ahead with a reduced lineup, but the Geelong and Canberra dates were axed due to poor ticket sales - with fewer than 1,900 tickets sold in total.
That business set back did not dent the big day when Mr Frost marriedWestcott in October 2024.
The accommodation, located on top of the Nashua hills near Bangalow, costs $1,230 for the entire home and can house up to nine guests
The couple exchanged vows in a sunset ceremony held at Amelika Park in Byron Bay's Hinterland.
Westcott later took to Instagram to share the news with her 112,000 followers as she celebrated her picture-perfect day.
The wedding came just one day after his birthday, with the couple celebrating the occasion the night before their wedding at their rehearsal dinner.
The influencer shared snapshots from the day to her Instagram Stories, including videos of the bridal party doing yoga before the ceremony.
They all indulged in their pre-wedding festivities at the ultra-private Temple Farmhouse, which lies on 75 acres of farmland.
